Can I connect Soft1 with Wolt?

Yes. There is a dedicated Soft1 Wolt Integration solution through DataGR Commerce Hub for products, prices, stock and available order flows.

Do I need a specific ERP?

No. We can connect to any ERP or other source, as long as there is a safe way to read the required data.

Can I connect if I do not have an ERP?

Yes. You can use Excel/CSV, JSON/XML, API or create your catalog directly in Commerce Hub.

Are multiple stores and Wolt venues supported?

Yes. Each venue can have different assortment, prices, stock, update schedule and mapping to your warehouse or branch.

Do I need an active Wolt account?

Yes. The integration requires an active commercial relationship with Wolt and the required access details from the Wolt technical team.

Can orders return to the ERP?

Yes, if the ERP supports a suitable import method. Alternatively, ready orders can be displayed in Commerce Hub for the next management step.
